How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders within Germany.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Subsequent delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days.

How long can I request a return?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To arrange the return, please contact our customer service. The customer is responsible for the cost and organization of the return.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount via the payment method originally used. Processing usually takes place within 7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and the item you would like instead. We will then send you further instructions.
