For a secure and smooth checkout, we offer the following payment methods:

All prices are stated in euros (€). The final amount will always be shown to you before the order is confirmed.

Payment security

By Bobbi does not store your payment card details and has no access to them. The data is encrypted and transferred directly to the payment service provider (Shopify Payments or PayPal) and is not routed through our servers.

All transactions take place over a connection encrypted with 256-bit SSL and are processed by PCI-DSS-certified providers.

When will the amount be charged?

The amount is authorized when the order is confirmed and charged definitively when the order is shipped. You will receive confirmation by email for each transaction.

If the payment fails

If the order process is not completed, the amount will not be charged. Any amount temporarily reserved by your bank will be automatically released again within a few business days. If you have any questions, please email us at info@bybobbi.com.
